All products ordered through Mirius web store that we have in stock will be delivered within 2 to 7 working days from the order confirmation, via courier services or delivery vehicles, and you will pay them when you receive the package, unless you have not paid with on-line payment card.

Courier delivery service will charge the shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated according to the current price from the list of courier service, according to the value and weight of the package, as well as the place wherever package is delivered to. In case you do not find the Courier at the address you will get a notice where you can pick up your shipment.

All items posted through courier service to 16 pm, Monday to Friday will be delivered the next day in the period from 08 to 14 h. All items posted via courier service after 16 h will be delivered the next working day. Consignments surrendered on Friday, will be delivered to you on Saturday or Monday. On weekends courier services do not take shipment so that orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

Information about whether the consignment was handed over to a courier service or not, you can get by calling 011 / 283-06-03. We are unable to specify the exact time of delivery so we therefore ask you to carefully select and enter the delivery address (for example, you can give the address at work as well as the shipping address).

 

Who pays for shipping?

The recipient pays the postage.

What should I do if Iam waiting too long for delivery?

If we have in stock the product that you have ordered, it will be shipped within 2 to 7 days. - - If the complaint is founded and genuinely based, due to fault of the product, the consumer is entitled to:

1. Replace the product purchased for a new product or relevant product brand (model, type), or

2. Refund of the amount paid for the product in the amount of the retail price of the product on the day of return, or

3. To have that product fixed and repaired

 

The consumer has no rights from previous case if misfunction on the product is created by his fault. The consumer has the right to claim on the product purchased, for which the issue of the warranty, due to defects arising within the period specified in the warranty from date of purchase.

Regarding complaints the buyer is obliged to do the following:

• to take the faulty product adequately packed (if possible in the original package) to the nearest authorized service center indicated on the warranty booklet,

• to submit the original of the guarantee card and proof of purchase,

• to present an accurate description of the product defect

 

If a service is unable to correct the lack or failure of the product, it shall issue a certificate about it, which gives the consumer the right to:

  1. The replacement of product purchased for a new product or product relevant brand (model, type), or

  2. The refund of the amount payed for the product in the amount of the retail price of the product on the day of return.

 

www.mirius.rs reserves the right to change prices of products, if you order a product at one price and the price you received at your home address, after which the price changed, you are entitled to a refund of the amount you paid for the product. In case of refund of the claimed product the customer who has previously paid for some of the payment cards, in part or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, Mirius doo is obliged to refund only through VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment methods, meaning that the bank at the request of the seller will do a refund to the account of the card, in all other cases, the money will be returned to the current account of the buyer.

Mirius is obliged to inform the consumer of the decision reached by the complaint within eight days of receipt of the complaint and that it was established to fulfill the requirements of a complaint within the following 15 days.

If the complaint is based, due to lack of the product, the consumer is entitled to:

1. The replacement of the product purchased for a new product or product relevant brand (model, type), or

2. The refund of the amount paid for the product in the amount of the retail price of the product on the day of return or to fix the deficiency in the product.

 

Mirius doo reserves the right to change prices of products, if you order a product at one price and the price you received at your home address, after which the price changed, you are entitled to a refund of the amount you paid for the product.
